There are 2 scenarios to add new KAE or ASM in the system.


Scenario 1: Existing KAE/ASM/CCM left the organization and new KAE/ASM/CCM is coming in his position. In this case there is no need to change the mapping of RS and MEs to new KAE or RS and KAE mapping to new ASM, and ASM to CCM.


Scenario 2: Existing KAE/ASM left the organization and other existing KAE/ASM is being transferred to this position. In this case there is no need to change the mapping of RS and MEs to new KAE or RS and KAE mapping to new ASM, , and ASM to new CCM.



Scenario 1
Existing KAE/ASM/CCM left the organization and new KAE/ASM/CCM is coming in his position. In this case there is no need to change the mapping of RS and MEs to new KAE or RS and KAE mapping to new ASM and ASM to new CCM.

 


1. Search the KAE/ASM//CCM who has left the organization.


2. Click on Actions button next to searched employee and select Employee Exit.



3. Enter the Exit Date, Type of Exit and Reason for Exit and click on Exit button.

 

Note – If the Exit Date is past date, the employee will be marked exited immediately. If the Exit Date is today, the employee will be marked as exited at 12AM in the night. If the Exit Date is of future, the employee will be marked as exited at 12 AM in the night of the exit date.

 

4. Once the KAE/ASM//CCM is exited, his/her position becomes vacant. Search the vacant position. To search the vacated position, search by employee’s Manager, City and Region.

 

5. Click on Actions button next to the vacant position and select Fill Position.




6.  Verify the Position Details before filling the vacant position to make sure you are working on correct position. Select New Employee tab. Enter Employee Code, First Name, Last Name, Date of Joining and click on Fill Position.



7. In this case there is no need to change the mapping of RS and MEs to new KAE or RS and KAE mapping to new ASM and ASM to new CCM. As the new person taking the position of existing person, the reporting will be corrected automatically.  



Scenario 2


Existing KAE/ASM/CCM left the organization and other existing KAE/ASM/CCM is being transferred to this position. In this case there is no need to change the mapping of RS and MEs to new KAE or RS and KAE mapping to new ASM and ASM to CCM.


1. Search the KAE/ASM/CCM who has left the organization.


2. Click on Actions button next to searched employee and select Employee Exit.



3. Enter the Exit Date, Type of Exit and Reason for Exit and click on Exit button.

 

Note – If the Exit Date is past date, the employee will be marked exited immediately. If the Exit Date is today, the employee will be marked as exited at 12AM in the night. If the Exit Date is of future, the employee will be marked as exited at 12 AM in the night of the exit date.

 

4. Once the KAE/ASM/CCM is exited, his/her position becomes vacant. Search the vacant position. To search the vacated position, search by employee’s Manager, City and Region.

 

5. Click on Actions button next to the vacant position and select Fill Position.



6. Verify the Position Details before filling the vacant position to make sure you are working on correct position. Select Existing Employee tab. Enter the Employee Code/Name in Employee field which is being transferred in this position. System will automatically list the employee. Select the record, enter the transfer date and click on Fill Position.


7. The position which the employee being transferred was holding before transfer will become vacant automatically.



8. In this case there is no need to change the mapping of RS and MEs to new KAE OR RS and KAE mapping to new ASM and ASM to CCM. As the new person taking the position of existing person, the reporting will be corrected automatically.
