The holiday list for the calendar year is predefined, Distributor has the ability to manage the holiday list.


How to Access
  • Login into the portal
  • Click on Leave Management
  • Click on Leave Configuration Action


  • Click on Holiday List
  • Change Holiday date  : Use the Edit action to change the date of an holiday. This can be done for holidays for a future date only.
  • Remove Holiday : Use the Delete action to remove a holiday. This can be done for holidays for a future date only.



  • Add a Holiday : You can add a holiday using the Add Holiday action. Checks on number of holiday days apply.




Note: Holiday for previous MOC cannot be added. If Holiday for past date (after the start of current MOC) is added, following warning message is diplayed with Yes and Cancel but.

If there are any attendance records on the selected date, those will be also updated to Holiday. Are you sure you want to add/update Holiday to a past date? 


 If Yes is selected, the Holiday will be set for the set date and attendance records if any will be removed for the date.
