The position request that you are going to create will go through an approval chain. Please read the details here.


1. If all of your current positions are filled and you want more RSSM to work for you, you need to raise a request for new position.


2. To raise a request for new position, go to My Salesforce > My Team.


3. Click on Request Position button.



(I) Requested Position is within budget


(A) For 3P and Non 3P Distributor


If your requested position is within allocated RSSM Count budget (more than allocated number of positions), Request Position window is displayed.


Select Designation, Channel, Manager (KAE/TSO) and Grade. When grade is selected, consumed compensation budget is checked. If requested position is within budget, no warning is displayed. Click on Request button. The request will be sent to selected Manager (KAE/TSO) for review.



(II) Requested Position is out of budget


(A) For 3P Distributor


If your requested position is out of allocated RSSM Count budget (more than allocated number of positions), following warning message is displayed.




If you want to still request for new position, click on Proceed button. Request Position window is displayed.


Select Designation, Channel, Manager (KAE/TSO) and Grade. When grade is selected, consumed compensation budget is checked. If requested position is within budget, no warning is displayed. If requested position is over the budget, following warning is displayed. Click on Request button. The request will be sent to selected Manager (KAE/TSO) for review.



(B) For Non 3P Distributor


If your requested position is out of allocated RSSM Count budget (more than allocated number of positions), following warning message is displayed.



Select Designation, Channel, Manager (KAE/TSO) and Grade. Click on Request button. The request will be sent to selected Manager (KAE/TSO) for review.
